Lock Gates

Printed in a limited edition of 20. This print was created using the reduction method where a single block of lino is gradually cut away a new colour printed at each stage, until the final colour is printed. At which stage very little is left of the original lino. This print has 6 colours, with a number of detail colours added.

Because of the nature of this type of printing no two prints can really be said to be exactly the same. As such the print opposite should be viewed as an example only.
